Jennifer Carroll: Jennifer has lived in Kenya for over 20 years and since 1999 has been active in training Lamaze instructors as well as working to establish Lamaze Childbirth Education in Kenya and related support services including Mama’s Support Network (MSN), Doula support and Breastfeeding Support. She has also worked as a consultant for the Virginia Department of Public Health (Chesapeake, VA), Women Infants and Children program in the area of breastfeeding support. Together with Duke University Lamaze Training Program, she continues to champion Childbirth Education, Lactation Education and support for developing countries and underserved communities. She is the President of Elizabeth Project International, Inc. a non-profit organization supporting Maternal Newborn Education and Support. She currently lives in Bluefield, Virginia.
